One Direction-Introduction

one direction is an englih-irish  pop boy band formed in london, england in2010. One direction is often shortened foe 1D. This group is formed of five memebers and had won 200 awards including Brit Awards ,four MTV Video Music Awards , six Billborad Music Awards, seven American Music Awards and 28 Teen Choice Awards. The group signed with Simon Cowell's record label syco Records after forming and finishing third in he seventh series of British television singing competition The X Factor.

Naiall Horan   ,  LIam Payne , Harry Styles , Louis Tomlinson and FOrmer member Zyan Malik departed from the group in 2015.

Popular Albums

Up all Night(2011) , Take Me Home(2012) , Midnight Memories(2013) , Four(2014) and Made in the A.M.(2015).

and generated many hit singles including "what makes you beautiful", "Live while we're young" , "Best song ever" , "Story of my life" , and "Drag me down".

Fame and Disband of 1d

one direction years of active : 2010-2016.

one direction's debut single ,"what makes you beautiful", was relised in september 2011. a global success and commercial success , the song reached number one in several countries."up all night" album when relesed internationally in march 2012, and one direction became the first UK group to have their debut album reached number one in united states. and after this their journey to new world of fame started and continued for a long time...but zyan malik departed from the group in 2015. They continued their band with left four members.

In november 6 2015 "History" was their third and final single from their fifth studio album, "Made in A.M.(2015)"..as well as band's final single before their hiatus in january 2016. 
"History" peaked at number six on the UK singles chart.

1d Fandom in India

Even in India we had quite a good fan base of One Direction and  they are called "Directioner". and Harry Styles was one of the most fasvourite artist of many people from this band.
Till date ,one direction has never been to india but their songs have reached millions of hearts of indian people.
their fanbase was consist more of teenagers and youngsters because the group members itself were teenagers.

Apart from their music the members of 1D got some good looks which also gives them a huge girl fanbase...

even though they had disband but their music still makes you dance on their beat.
